I’m an Illinois based artist working in traditional oil paints and specializing in domestic and wildlife portraiture. Growing up in Champaign gave me an appreciation for the unique landscape, wildlife and plant life of the Illinois prairie and I often incorporate these in my paintings. After spending 12 years in Florida and 4 years in S. Alabama teaching art and exhibiting my paintings in a wide variety of galleries, I moved back to Champaign in 2025 and enjoy teaching art, painting and reconnecting with friends and family here.
