I’ve been painting ever since I could hold a brush. I attended art classes in high school and college. I mostly work with acrylic and oil on canvas. The subject matter varies from still life, landscapes to pet portraits, realism to impressionistic. I enjoy printing out my artwork in card form to send to family and friends. I’m now retired from Urbana School District where I worked as a Special Education teacher assistant. Therefore, I can spend more time painting in my home studio with my dog Bruno, laying close by my easel. I feel my artistic talent is a gift from God and I’m very thankful.
