While working at the University of Illinois as Co-Editor of our Departmental Alumni Newsletter, I developed an interest in photography. I enjoyed the process of composing the photos and seeing the final product in printed publication. Now, after retiring, I have more time to devote to my immense satisfaction in photography. When the subject allows, I attempt to find an interesting view, different angles, etc. Nature is so amazingly beautiful! I have entered some local Photographic Print Competitions in the area and have been awarded several ribbons. This entices me to continue, and hopefully, find exactly the right photo.
