Ralph Roether has been a working professional graphic designer for over 18 years. He is also an artist that works with Acrylic, Ink, Markers and Pencil, usually on paper or some sort of wood surface. His work ranges from cartoon doodles, sexual type graffiti style, to illustrative portraits. Ralph studied and created art from an early age when he was put in a special art class in 4th grade with his local high school art teacher. After high school he then earned a one year scholarship to Rend Lake College were he studied the rudiments of art and design for two years. He then transferred into the Graphic Design program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. At U of I he was one of two students picked as "Outstanding Senior in Graphic Design" the year he graduated with his BFA.

Since the early 2000's Ralph has to delved back into his art, combining it with graphic design and started participating in local art shows in Champaign, IL. He participates in the Boneyard Arts Festival and Artist Against AIDS shows on a regular basis. He has also shown work at the Dirty Show in Detroit, Michigan.
