About the camp
Launched in summer 2014, One People’s Summer Arts Camp provides youth-centered and community-based arts education at no cost to youth in the Champaign-Urbana area.
Kids ages 9-14 spend the week exploring and engaging their creativity through the arts. Each day, campers participate in activities designed to help nurture their artistic talents while fostering friendships and building community. Campers also meet and enjoy special guest performances and talks by local artists throughout the week. The week concludes on Friday with Camp Celebrates, a celebration honoring the kids' hard work featuring performances by the kids themselves! Off-White Shoes
