Thursday, September 13, 2018
Krannert Art Museum Main Level, Gelvin Noel Gallery 500 East Peabody Drive, Champaign
Debut performance of a new work by performance artist Erica Gressman followed by a conversation with the artist and Joshua Chambers-Letson, associate professor of Performance Studies at Northwestern University; Fiona Ngô, associate professor of Gender and Women’s Studies and Asian American Studies; and Sandra Ruiz, assistant professor of Latina/Latino Studies and English.
This project is funded by a major grant to the "Building Sustainable Worlds: Latinx Placemaking in the West" research collaborative from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation/Humanities Without Walls consortium, housed at the Illinois Program for Research in the Humanities at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Additional funding is made possible by the Department of Latina/Latino Studies, the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, and the Student Cultural Programming Fee.Kopačky na fotbal
