Mike & Molly's, 105 N. Market St., Champaign

On Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 7pm, the Champaign/Urbana Singer-Songwriter Collective and Nightjar Promotions will present a special tribute to one of the most beloved American singer-songwriters of all-time, Dolly Parton, at Mike & Molly's, 105 N. This show represents the fifth of such undertakings from the producers, following the successful Woody Guthrie Centennial Celebration, The Bob Dylan Birthday Bash!, Dylan Redux, and The Johnny Cash Celebration. The show will feature up to two dozen local musicians performing Dolly's massive hits like "Jolene," "I Will Always Love You," "Here You Come Again," "Two Doors Down," "9 to 5," "Islands in the Stream," and dozens of others. Among the artists scheduled to appear are Angie Heaton, Gloria Roubal & Paul Sabuco, John Coppess & Suzanne Warner, Fiona Kimble, Kevin Elliott, Ginny Menzer, Lori Bernard, Anne Clements, Marten "Chachi El Bandido" Stromberg, Julia Diane Degler, Jake Tatar, Zac Eitel, Paul Kotheimer, Cliff & Kristy Stoker, and many others.

Admission will be $10 - all proceeds will benefit Community Radio 90.1 WEFT-FM. Representatives from the station will also be accepting memberships and will be selling t-shirts to support the station.

That's Saturday, June 27th at Mike & Molly's, 105 N. Market St., in Champaign. Doors at 6pm, show at 7pm.
