Artists Reception: Illinois at 200

An opening reception for Illinois at 200 will be held Thursday, June 21 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Giertz Gallery at Parkland College. Lisa Costello, Director, Giertz Gallery and Kelly White, Director, 40 North: Champaign County Arts Council will provide opening remarks. Musical performance by Acoustic Mayhem.

To celebrate the Illinois bicentennial, Illinois at 200 comprises works by 44 contemporary Illinois artists and reflects the high quality and unique variety of art currently being created throughout the state.
