S.P.E.A.K. Cafe Announces a Call for Artists

Champaign - Organizers for S.P.E.A.K. Cafe are seeking talent for their next show, scheduled to take place at Krannert Art Museum on November 17. Entitled "Ain't I A Woman," the show is in conjunction with Woman's Symposium Month. Interested artists are encouraged to email so they can be added to the talent list.
S.P.E.A.K. (Song, Poetry, Expression,Art, and Knowledge) Cafe is a monthly program presenting a variety of media including video projection, audio recordings, dance, readings, postry, hip hop, and more. Performances are recorded, captured on film and audio tape for posterity. All ages welcome to perform in front of a dedicated supportive audience who'll give it up for artists who share their passion and talent!
