MUSIC:
(on two stages)
Friday, April 18
- 9pm: vonFrickle - progressive rock theatrical experience (main stage)

- 10pm: Jane Boxall - marimba virtuoso (2nd stage)
"A diminuitive performer who harnesses the sound of a 500 pound marimba like a lion tamer." - www.smilepolitely.com
"A quintessentially natural performer. Her body sings with movement and pure joy" - The News-Gazette
- 11pm: Verntronics featuring Vernon Reid (main stage) - Vernon Reid's solo beats, atmospheres, and guitars with visual excerpts from "Artificial Afrika" and "Lapses, Fragments."
"Vernon Reid is a true artist, one whose work is forever in progress, from his formative years on the downtown New York jazz/funk/punk scene to his leadership of the pioneering rock band Living Colour, to his collaborations with creative spirits ranging from Carlos Santana to Salif Keita."

King. Vocalist Darden Purcell was added to the C-U Jazz Crusaders to sing on some of their songs.
Saturday, April 19
- 9pm: Antioquia - afro columbian (main stage)
"The drive pulse of the tamboras, the hard swish of the maracas, a screaming guitar and funky slap bass that would make Les Claypool perk his ears create the sound that can only be described as Antioguia."

Classical Indian percussionist. Subrata Bhattacharya's talent and skill has enthralled audiences the world over.

EXHIBITS:
(both nights)
- Derek Winstanley, Boneyard Featured Artist
“There is the common thread between being an artist and a scientist. A research scientist creates new knowledge, understanding and order from rough material. A sculptor creates a new form from rough wood. The intensity of concentration and expression in sculpting is similar to that in conducting scientific research. The real challenge in sculpting is that it is subtractive and mistakes usually are fatal.” - Derek Winstanley
- John Jennings, Graphic Artist
Jennings frequently lectures on visual literacy, popular culture and the visual communication found in Hip Hop culture. Jennings is also the co-author of the graphic novel The Hole: Consumer Culture and is a co-founder of Eye Trauma, a web based collective of sequential artists, activists, and curators who seek to expand the public’s perception of the comics medium.
- David Wilcoxen, Non-Native Indigenous Art
“I believe art, in all manifestations, contains a universal language that speaks to everyone if we open our hearts and minds. I endeavor to create works that would be as easily understood by cave dwellers, as they would be to those living in high-rise condominiums." - David Wilcoxen
