Join in on the Friday lunchtime series of free yoga classes that introduce participants to the fundamentals of hatha yoga: seated and standing asanas (poses), breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Participants should bring their own yoga mats and wear comfortable clothing.

Join us in the Krannert Art Museum West Gallery for a gallery conversation stemming from the exhibition "Propositions on Revolution." This exciting opportunity features Illinois faculty and is moderated by exhibition curator Kristin Romberg, assistant professor of Art History.

Do you like to make stories with words and pictures? Join us for time to create and share your own stories. Led by Librarian and story writer Elaine Bearden.
